We don't pretend our strategic communications work is carried out by senior consultants, only for it to actually be done by a headphone-wearing trainee. In short, we don't hide behind the smoke and mirrors, waffle and fluff that many agencies love - and we won't charge you an arm and a leg for the privilege.

James has worked in corporate strategic communications, specialising in the financial services, professional services and technology sectors for more than 20 years. Working for international agencies and smaller boutiques, James became jaded with the tricks-of-the trade deployed by many public relations agencies, usually all designed to pull the wool over the eyes of clients, and charge them handsomely for the privilege.
In addition to holding senior roles at corporate communications consultancies in the UK, James has spent more than five years living and working internationally, notably in the Middle East, in Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Qatar. This enables him to bring a true international slant to all of his work.
James' background is in journalism. He is an NCTJ-accredited broadcast journalist, training alongside many of the UK's leading television and radio journalists, and has also spent two years working as a newspaper reporter. He was also the "voice of a nation" while living in Dubai, working as a freelance radio newsreader, presenter and producer for the Arabian Radio Network, which includes Dubai Eye, Virgin and Dubai 92.
A fun fact about James - he holds a category D driving licence with a full Certificate of Professional Competence. He can often be found behind the wheel of a double-decker carrying over 80 passengers to their destination of choice!
